For someone to get these symptoms must have extremely sensitive vision. I generally wear prescription sunglasses when driving during the daytime, so I must be missing out on something. However, I am bother by people who adamantly drive with mis-aligned headlights or always with their high beams on. It could just be me, but F*rds seem to be the worst in both these catagories. I can always tell when a F*rd is approaching or is behind me by the way the headlights are, I'm usually right 88% of the time (my apologies to the "Back to the Future Vanagon" enthusiasts) and they are usually misaligned or on High Beam. Not that anyone gives a Flyin' Fat Rat's Butt, but I like DRL's myself.
