I replaced the brake pads on my '84 Westfalia which then caused them to
rub on the rotors.  I then turned my rotors and replaced the calipers.
Same story.   I have put some miles on since and there has been no
change.  Does anyone know what may be causing this or whether the wheels
should in fact turn freely (when I spin the wheels they make one to two
rotations).  It's not the bearings, I checked.  Could this be a problem
with the master cylinder and is there any test which can be performed?
Any and all ideas, hints, sugestions are appreciated.
