i've been watching the messages on registering vanagons in your
respective states, and i think vermont registration costs is comparable
to many of yours. my question is: should i register the car in vermont
before i sell it? it's still registered in north carolina; in fact, i
just got it inspected there a month ago. i live close to the nh and mass
state lines and i wouldn't be surprised if i sold my van to someone
outside vt., which means they'd have to re-register...
