Ok... The DRL kit is called Casco DRL kit and can be purchased at Pep Boys
Auto Part store for $29.99 in the fog lamp/electrical item aisle. It has a
black box (2"x2"x1") with five wires coming out of it for hookup to ground and
wires from battery, ignition, low beam headlamps and high beam headlamps. My
vanagon has all these wires going in and out of its fusebox so I simply hooked
the DRL wires to them.... Presto!
