Bill,
If your headlight has foggy reflector without cracked lens, try to pour
Windex into the headlight unit to wash it and blow dry before you put the
bulb (remember clean your bulb by alcohol and don't let your finger touch
the glass) back.  You will be amazed how bright your headlight will become!
