   My not carrying comprehensive coverage was a decision I made based on
paying a VW dealer to perform an inspection of the vehicle, and my willingness
to self insure.  If the dealer didn't do what I paid them to do - then they
are responsible also.  The owner concealed a defect that may have caused the
fire.  The insurance agent had nothing to do with it.
