Re: wintertime watertank freeze protection.

Drain the tank as much as possible, then pour in a bottle of vodaka,
Gin, or , my favorite choice, peppermint schnapps.  I kid you not, it
works, and you don't even have to worry about rinsing it out next
spring.  The plastic components do seem to be unaffected by the ethanol.
