Here's the dope on the brake paste:

    I bought it at a VW dealer, part number    G 052 150 A 2
    It's a VW part and says Lithium Paste on the tube.
    It was pricey, but worth the money.
    I've done all clutch and brake cylinders - slave and master,  and
since used it to lubricate the gas petcocks on the BMW motorcycle and it
works better than new!
    Life is better now that I have lithium..............
