Rick, check out where the noise is coming from. It could actually be in the vent inside the door. Play with the vent in the door (while you are driving) and hear if the noise changes. The vent actually sucks air from the area of the bottom of your seat (very convenient if you eat lots of beans) and releases it at the front of the door where the air creates a vacuum when you are driving. Some models also have attachments to bring air to the back from the front air intake. Next check would be the window gaskets. good luck, Bjrn Bjrn Ratjen Mill Bay, B.C. 1987 Syncro Est Alia (self camperized) 1995 Passat TD (1982 Vanagon Diesel) 1979 VW Bus (self- camperized)
