Who out there can tell me the easiest way to add axillary driving lights
and fog lights?  I am planning on augmenting the current high-beam with
some PIAA pencil beams, while at the same time adding some PIAA fog lights.

I guess I would like the fogs to come on with the low beams, and the pencil
beams to come on with the high beams.  It would be nice to be able to turn
them on individually (say if my headlight switch failed or something).

It's a safe assumption to say the I know nothing about wiring or
electronics.  I know what a relay does, but couldn't pick one out of a line-up.
