  Well, not the parking lots, but the interstates nearby are happy
hunting ground.  60 minutes did a piece on this.  Last time thru I
took the farm roads from Sherevport to Memphis.  Every few miles in LA
there was a cop in the weeds.  As I was driving the Westy, I was
giving them NO reason to stop me.

Being on top of a major population and no competition is a factor, but
even if/when the Detroit casinos open Windsor shud do OK since then
don't cut all those pesky 1099's and W2-G's.
