In all seriousness, though, at least CO2 gives you a bit of warning,
doesn't it?  That buildup of CO2 is even MORE of a stimulus for rapid
respiration than lack of O2!!!  CO's like a Ninja Warrior!!!  Just
sneaks up on you, leaving you unaware that you are about to DIE!!!
