To those interested:

The 5 speed shifter linkage is different than the 4 speed. The needed parts
will cost around $350 (The total price could be a little less, if the rear
shift rod parts are similar to a 4 speed), I know this because I am
switching to a imported German 5 speed and that is the price of all the
parts needed.

Also the front 4 speed trans mount needs to be shortened for the 5 speed to
fit.
