I have a problem restarting my 84 Vanagon after it has been running for a while. The van runs fine until I turn it off, and try to restart it. It won't start and there is a strong gas smell. If I wait for 45 minutes, it starts no problem and runs great until I turn it off. Anyone have any ideas ?
