I have machined the centers in the wheels, now a new minor problem: Which
lugnuts are people using to fit the wheel properly? The ones for the Vanagon
steel wheels barely fit into the seat, the ones for the Vanagon alloys have
the wrong taper, and the aftermarket ones I purchased also have the wrong
angle. It would appear the seat is a rounded-taper like the Vanagon nut. Is
the '98 Passat lugnut the answer, is it also 14mm x 1.5 ? Thanks!
