In the FYI department  I saw a (newly arrived) aircooled Vanagon in a
junk yard in Halifax Nova Scotia. It has its engine and Auto Tranny and
most of the interior is in it (seats gauges, aux heater, etc) .  I'm going
back out to the junk yard in a few days so if you want something
minor (I'm no mechanic)  and shippable like an ECU, let me know.
