>>> Per Lindgren <lindgre@ONLINE.NO> 12/13 5:03 PM >>> VW didnt buy Lambo, Audi did! VW "only" bought Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Bugatti. >> In fact they just bought enough to have a majority share. The other part of Lamboghini is own by Proton - the national car company of Malaysia - makers of the Proton Wisma. If you are ever in Malaysia, you must rent one to try it out.. It's a cross between the Mitshubishi and Saturn but with less power. Maybe cross pollination with a Lamboghini will give it some power boast! - or what the hell, just bring back the "accel" button! The other question I have is: if VW now own Roll-Royce, why is it that the new Roll-Royce Silver <somthing>, the first new model in 15 years comes with a 12-cylinder BMW engine? You meant VW can't come up with a 12-cylinder Wasserbaxer for their new flagship company? Yau-Man Chan 87 GL
