I have been "appointed" the administrator of the list.

I have ALSO tried to get those who requested to be off of the list.  The
list software manual is crap IMHO.  I have been working with other list
administrators on on to remove people, but it is slow going.

I wish everyone would stop bitching at me - I am trying the best that I
can.  I seem to remember NO ONE ELSE wanted to admin the list.  My exact
words to Ron was "I'll take over the list if NOONE else is interested".

If anyone who like to have the list server and the responcibilitys for the
list please let me know and I will send you the server, manual, passwords
and all the other stuff I have.  You are more than welcome to it.

I ***REALLY*** don't mean to rant and rave here, but I am trying my best
here.  I don't need people barking at me all the time!  Just a note - this
is one of the more tame emails that I have recieved.

this this accomplished - it just may take some time.
