I have to replace the throttle return spring on my 84' cause the gas pedal
is deciding to stick to the floor after a long cold night.  I called the VW
dealer here in Appleton, WI and was told it is no longer available.  I know
I have to go to a hardware store or something but am wondering if anyone has
had to buy a replacement and what they got and where.

                P.S.  I am really getting sick of shoveling snow.
