All golfs and GTIs until Mid '88 were assembled in the US.  Some Jettas as
well.  Earlier cars that were all assembled in Germany:  Scirocco, both 1&2,
Cabriolet, and Corrado.  And if it says "Wolfsburg" on it...there's a
reason...
