But it does.  Look at American cars, for instance.  High dashboards.
(Example: Chrysler Lebaron), then look at a Honda(Example:  Civic).  Very low
dashboard.  Why?  because Americans are typically taller than thier Asian
counterparts.  And that's just one example of engineering differences.
