The responses suggesting the fuel filter & etc may be on the right
track, but let me also ask:  Were you running a lot of accessories at
the time (wipers, headlights, cassette tape player)?  My Westy has done
this from time to time and seems to be related to the load I'm putting
on the electrics.  Usually occurs when I've had a long run at high speed
(75+ mph) and then had to slow down to about 50 mph for a stretch.
