Today I happend to see a Vanagon at a local used car dealer.
This is the first time I have seen a late Vanagon for sale around here.
Its an 87 Wolfsburg Edition.
Its got aluminium rims, power windows, fold down bed, 2 jumpseats, side
foldout table, the plastic bumpers, A/c (did not work).

The interior is somewhat grimy.
It has 212kmls on it !!
Engine sounded o.k.

The price is $1995.
That seemed interesting to me.

The dealer is absolutely clueless about the car.

His address:
"Best deal used cars"
(256) 885 3550
Huntsville, Alabama

I have nothing to do with this car, just thought to let folks know.
