I can attest that this is easy to do too.  I've put them on the back seat of
my 87 Syncro.  Takes about 20 minutes to do 3 headrests.  After the first
headrest (10 minutes), you'll get over your aversion to cutting through the
seat's fabric with a razor blade and the next two headrests take only 5
minutes each!
