Is that for the German or the South America Caravelle units?

Would not the South American headlights be unusable in the US because the
beam pattern would be
reversed since they drive on the opposite side from the US?

I think that someone on the list a long time ago mentioned that a company
called PUMA could get the Euro Vanagon lights.
Can anyone confirm that?
