Well I use the best of two worlds. A new type of connecter (not cheap) You crimp and then heat there is a spl. type of elect. soder in side and the the outter coating is H.D. shink tubing. They work great! Bob K. RWK Enterprises (was ADC Automotive) Placerville Ca.
