Hi,

I just subscribed to this list.  For years I wanted to get a Westfalia.  Now
it looks like my dreams might come true.  The problem:  I'm in California,
the Westfalia I'm looking at is registered and located in Texas.  Does
anybody have experience with 'importing' Westfalias into CA?  Will it pass
the CA smog test?  Is there a way to get around the 'use tax'?
