Hello--

Where can I get the window crank spacers that allow the window crank to clear
after-market door-mounted speakers? I don't see them in the JC Whitney
catalogue which I thought was the source.

With them in place will I be able to mount 4" speakers that have a mounting
height of 1/4" to 1/2" such as Blaupunkt PCxg402 or JBL DS40? (other
recommendations entertained).
