during the recent Gerry crash asking about new OEM carpets.
One reason i asked was because some milk spilled on the
pass. side carpet without my knowing it till several fdays
later....quite the stench!

I ended up pulling the carpet up...all of it...I washed it
with Tide, a bucket of hot water and a brush, and then hosed
it off with a high pressure hose...and then put it out in
the sun to dry...that was yesterday.  today I guled
everything back...it looks and feels new.  10 years of dirt
gone!  And so is the stench.
