If you can get a high quality rebuild for those prices I'd say go
for it.  The 2nd generation 091s that Dr. Williams would use
in his '82 Westy would sell for $750 from me.  I can see $50-
$75 here or there but a $350 difference?  I wonder just what
goes into a rebuild that is that inexpensive.
