It looks like the steering rack on my son's Syncro has taken a bullet to
the head. I haven't seen it yet, but he says the boots are shredded,
fluid is leaking and it makes a screeching noise when you turn the
steering wheel. So, looking in the Bentley I see a diagram of the system
but not a step by step removal and replacement. Anybody have some info
you could e-mail me, what to look out for, what all needs to be replaced
that is not included in the replacement rack, how long should this take,
any special tools needed.
