Please don't laugh too loud!
Of course people don't have the right to use trademarked names without the
owner's permission, but perhaps you could get their permission.  See if you
could make a deal with them to let you use the name and suggest perhaps an
annual agreement that they could renew at their option if they don't find your
page objectionable.
