Mark, The expert machinist at T-Hoff in Raleigh, NC estimates the HP increase to be from 95 HP to @130 to 140 HP. I can accelerate to 75 mph in a 1.03 fourth gear (I have a five speed .70 is fifth)@5000 RPMs easy. The mods should give you the HP increase you desire. The map shows that you are near Houston.
