Rob this header doesn't work for the Air Cooled Vanagons because you need the heaterboxes. You can get a nicer flowing Muffler setup for the AC Vanagon from S&S though for $65. This one is not for California Vanagons. Thanks Ken Wilford Van-Again John 3:16
