Everyone,

I'd like to apologize for the message sent to all of you in the list.  My
daughter handles my e-mail now and has to wait for my Vanagon digests to
download (my laptop is on the blink).  She took it upon herself to
"unsubscribe" me by inadvertently asking the entire list.  My apologies!  I
want to stay on the list : D.  I'll work things out with the little
darling...
