That $6950 with 130k miles seems rather high.  I bought my '88 Wolfsburg,
94.5k miles, with everything you listed except the power windows for $5000.
Sure it has a speck or two of rust, but nothing a little diligence and
elbow grease won't fix.  And mine was dealer maintained - stamps and all -
too.
