Look carefully - if it's compatible with DOT 3&4 then it's DOT 5.1
(five-point-one) which *is* different than DOT 5.  (and who was the genius
that came up with THAT numbering scheme?...why not DOT 6?...next we'll see
DOT 5.15 revision B???)
