Gee, I was under the impression that ozone is continually being formed
via sunlight in the upper atmosphere.  Also thought that the 11-year
sunspot cycle had more to do with the thinning of the ozone layer at the
Poles of Mother Gaia that any other phenomenon?  Let's see, we are
nearing the peak of sunspots (great news :^) for ham radio operators).
