Hello all.  I'm considering a sunroof vanagon (84 if
it matters).  Owner says the roof won't shut
completely.  He thinks the cable is stretched.

Does this sound like the correct diagnosis?
Is it an easy fix?  How?  (I presume that I must
remove that headliner which means removing the
windows......)
