Maytag Neptune. Tide. Scant bleach, Cold wash, Cold Rinse, Line dry.

To re-insert the foam into the fabric: put the foam in a plastic trash bag,
insert it (slides in easy this way!) into the fabric sleeve, rip the trash
bag off and remove.
