Am I correct that if the radiator fan only goes on at slow speed (in an
A/C Westy) even with the A./C turned on, that the reistor pack is to be
suspect?  Will running with the Fan relay (#53) out cause the resistor
to get shorted?  I misplaced it (the relay) in the wrong place - from
position 5 to 6.
