A quick way of dealing with joining the 2 heater hoses together would be to buy one of those Prestone coolant flushing kits from any FLAPS. They come with 3 different sized tees that you should be able to use. Remember to clamp off the 2 hoses before you disconnect them from the heater so that you won't need to bleed the cooling system. It appears to be coming from the on off valve. I really don't use this heater and I could use the extra space. So I want to remove it and just connect the two ends of the two coolant hoses with some type of coupling using the existing clamps. Does anyone know what size & type of coupling I should use? And where to purchase? I need this very soon as I will be leaving on a trip in a couple of days. Thanks, Bill 90 Westy Syncro
