Off line Bill and I have been discussing the wiring of additional fans behind a Dometic refrigerator. I wired mine in series he in parallel. Parallel advantages: With a parallel set up if the first fan in the series burns out the second fan would continue to operate. With a parallel set up it is possible to wire a switch to manually turn off the selected fan. Series advantage: If one fan fails the circuit fails and you know you have a failure, if you notice no fan noise. Mine is already wired in series, if no major safety concerns I will not have to rewire. I wanted to get the lists opinions, are there any unseen dangers (current draw?) in my wiring the stock fan in series with a second fan?
