I would buy one, the flimsy aftermarket bumpers are $150 last time I checked. Make sure the plastic end covers fit though. I have actually been able to straighten out the original a couple of times, but the last encounter with a 55 gallon drum filled with concrete and anchored to the ground not only finished off the bumper but the rear valence panel as well! Fortunately, it was lower than the hatch, or I might be looking for a new Westy. Only a bumper made of quarter inch thick steel channel would have prevented the $800 worth of damage (which I pulled out by chaining to a tree and rolling down hill!), and I have contemplated doing that too when I repair it properly. -- Stuart MacMillan Manager, Case Program 800-909-8244 ext 208 Getting your share of the Net yet? http://www.cobaltgroup.com http://www.casedealer.com/demo http://www.caseihdealer.com/demo
