Hi, I decided that it is high time to consider myself capable of replacing my own water pump. I have always considered it a nasty job which I would rather leave for my mechanic, but I am now in the thick of the chase. Problem - I can't seem to get a socket on the lowest of the three nuts holding the pump to the block. Do I need to remove the pulleys form the crankshaft to reach it? Thanks, Karl Wolz
