You have a spun bearing, not a good thing.  It also sounds like the
bearing seat in the hub wore down as well as the bore since the nut was
loose. The hub is probably scrap.  You might take it to a machine shop
for evaluation, but I think you should start looking for a used hub
assembly.

Be sure to replace the seals on both sides and just clean and re-pack
the bearings that are still good with a high quality wheel bearing
grease.
