Subject:Re: oil cooler for I-4 conversion

Should've been more specific in my earlier post.

My Jetta and my wabbit both ran this oil/coolant "cooler" and while I feel
it is better than nothing, I do not believe it to be the optimal solution.
The problems include the possibilty of the seals failing and oil/coolant
cross contamination (I've seen this) and when operating at sustained high
rpms any cooling that takes place is marginal.

I've switched the wabbit to a ten row oil cooler and had a similar idea for
the van but was looking for suggestions for placement.
