To search the archives; do the following:

Send an e-mail to LISTSERV@GERRY.VANAGON.COM

In the message body, type (without quotes)
"Search <keyword> vanagon"   where <keyword> is replaced with the search
terms you are looking for.

You will get a message back with instructions.  Works every time.  You can
also combine keywords with AND, OR, NOT, etc.  (boolean expressions).  For
example:

SEARCH VANAGON syncro AND lift AND springs NOT toys
