How many listmembers out there actually drink the water from the fresh water tank? I flush mine out every year with a water and bleach solution. However, I am still leary of drinking the water directly from the tank because I don't trust that it doesn't have some debilitating bacteria growing in the system. I just use the water just for coffee and for the dishes.
