We drink the water from the tank with no problems.  Have you ever seen the
test results from most city water supplies?  I'm happy to stick with our
fresh, pure water from our own well.  As for the tank, we drain it between
camping trips, and the dry will kill most nasties.

because I don't trust that it doesn't have some debilitating bacteria
growing in the system. I just use the water just for coffee and for the
